Bio

Logan Cochrane is Dean of the College of Public Policy and Professor of Public Policy at Hamad Bin Khalifa University. His research focuses on public policy, food security, climate change, social justice, and governance. He has extensive international experience working across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
