Narayanappa Janardhan is Director, Research and Analysis, Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, Abu Dhabi; Non-Resident Fellow, Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington; Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po, Paris; and author of four books, including The Arab Gulf’s Pivot to Asia: From Transactional to Strategic Partnerships.
