Mohamed El Dahshan is the managing partner of OXCON, a research and consulting firm working on issues of economic development, freedom of expression, and internet governance in transition countries, with a focus on fragile and post-conflict countries. He is a Nonresident Fellow with the Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy (TIMEP).
