Bio

Ali Bakir is an Assistant Professor of International Affairs, Security, and Defense at Qatar University’s Ibn Khaldon Center for Humanities and Social Sciences. He is the lead editor of a forthcoming volume on the Israel–Iran rivalry and its impact on the security of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, to be published by Palgrave Macmillan.
