Bio

Tanner J. Manley is a policy fellow at the Crisis Response Council, a Carnegie Corporation initiative focused on peacebuilding and de-escalation in the Middle East. He was previously a research assistant for the Middle East Council on Global Affairs’ Conflict and Security program and assistant editor of Afkar. His research focuses on conflict, international law, and the foreign policy and security of Gulf states.
