Sultan Al-Khulaifi is a nonresident senior fellow at the Middle East Council on Global Affairs. He is a senior researcher at the Center for Conflict and Humanitarian Resolution, where he engages in research on Qatari foreign policy.

His research focuses on Qatari foreign policy, conflict resolution, and mediation efforts in the Middle East. He specifically looks at Qatar’s diplomatic strategies and its contributions to resolving regional and international disputes.
